Age: 22 years & above

Experience: 3+ Years of experience required

• Should be skilled in sourcing maritime staff with NCV/IV certifications.
• Strong understanding of the maritime industry.
• Excellent communication, the ability to work independently, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Secure maritime talent, including utilizing sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Confident in using recruitment software.
